Maryland Center works with most Maryland institutions of high education including University of Maryland at College Park, University of Baltimore, Towson University, Loyola College in Maryland and John Hopkins University to develop educational programs for the China market. Maryland Center provides marketing and recruiting activities for Maryland educational institutions and promote institutions educational and exchange training programs in China.

Currently Maryland Center is working actively with the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business to promote Smith Executive MBA in Shanghai. The first cohort of Shanghai EMBA class was successfully launched in November 2005. The 18-month 54-credit program provides multinational company executives and China'scurrent and future business leaders with the strategic vision and tools to succeed in an economy fueled by technology, globalization and entrepreneurship.

目前，中心正积极推广马里兰大学史密斯商学院的EMBA硕士学位课程。上海的第一期课程已于2005年11月正式开学。马里兰大学史密斯商学院的EMBA课程将通过18个月，54个学分的课程注重以当代西方的先进管理理论和经验培养未来全球化、技术化和具有现代企业家精神的经济领袖和企业精英。

One of Maryland Center's most successful programs is the China Executive MBA class at the Merrick School of Business, University of Baltimore. Since 1998, Maryland Center has been successfully marketing the CXMBA program in China for the University of Baltimore, and has brought almost 80 Chinese managers to come to Baltimore for a one-year MBA program. Maryland Center initiated the program, and has worked with UB Merrick School to develop the program from the very beginning. The program has been profiled in the Baltimore Sun.

中心最为成功的教育项目之一是巴尔的摩大学莫瑞克商学院的中国行政工商管理硕士项目（CXMBA）。自1998年，中心成功地在中国招收巴尔的摩大学莫瑞克商学院CXMBA项目学生，约80名管理人员赴美学习为期一年的MBA学位。作为项目的创办者，中心与莫瑞克商学院共同努力，使之成为马里兰州国际教育项目中的典范。CXMBA项目两次见诸于《巴尔的摩太阳报》及其他报刊，此外，中国的杂志报刊也相继对其进行了报导。
